INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION LINE SUPPORT

HIJOS DE ANTONIO FERRE, S.A. has been the beneficiary of a grant from the international certification line of the Mentoring and Support for the Internationalisation of SMEs programme, financed by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, which aims to support the certification of products and services of Spanish SMEs in foreign markets outside the European Union, in order to open up new markets and increase the added value of our exports.

IMPLEMENTATION OF CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT USING SMED and 5S’s METHODS

Implementation of LEAN methodologies to improve the productivity of different sections. Particularly, the SMED and 5S’s methodology has been used in the following sections:

– Samples and cut lengths service
– Looms

With this action, the productivity of these departments has been increased and direct manufacturing costs have been reduced, creating specific programs for each of them.
